Mr. Levan DZHAGARYAN, born in 1957.

Graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations In 1986.

In diplomatic work since 1986. Has worked in the embassies in Afghanistan, Iran, Tajikistan, the General Consulate in Mazar-e Sharif (Afghanistan).

Since 2005 - Deputy Director of the Third Department of the CIS Foreign Ministry of Russia.

Married. Two sons.

Speaks Persian, English and French.
